APHIS PPQ End-User Agreement

    If you receive EAB parasitoids from USDA, the cooperator agrees to:

    1. Enter subsequent release and recovery data in a timely fashion after insect material is provided from the Brighton Rearing Facility and in accordance with the Parasitoid Release and Recovery Guidelines;
    2. Provide a list of any sub-recipients or third parties to which insect material was provided if requested by USDA;
    3. Any publication, press release, or audiovisual related to parasitoids received from the Brighton Rearing Facility must include acknowledgement of USDA. The statement should read: “The parasitoids were produced and supplied by the USDA EAB Parasitoid Rearing Facility in Brighton, MI.”
